I was excited about staying at this hotel due to its great location and the friendly staff. However, the room was a bit disappointing with missing amenities like an ice bucket and full-length mirror. The service was efficient but seemed overwhelmed at times. The location was convenient for business travelers, but the dining experience fell short of expectations. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
